1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service apply when you access or use AURELO, including myaurelo websites, early access registration, artist websites, electronic press kits, campaign pages, account tools, and subscription features. In these terms, "AURELO", "we", "us", and "our" mean the AURELO service.
By using AURELO, creating an account, joining early access, or publishing a page through the platform, you agree to these terms. If you use AURELO for an artist, label, agency, manager, or other organisation, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms on their behalf.
2. The AURELO service
AURELO provides tools for building and managing public artist presence, including websites, electronic press kits, campaign pages, media sections, profile content, contact details, and shareable links. Some features may be available only during early access, on selected plans, or to approved accounts.
We may improve, change, pause, or remove features where needed to maintain the service, improve quality, meet legal obligations, or protect users and visitors.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may refuse, suspend, or close accounts where information appears inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or harmful to the service, other users, rights holders, or visitors.
4. Your content and rights
You keep ownership of the artist names, images, audio, video, text, files, logos, links, and other materials you upload or publish through AURELO. You grant us permission to host, process, display, resize, transmit, and back up that content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for making sure you have all rights, permissions, licences, and clearances needed for anything you add to AURELO, including music, artwork, photography, press quotes, logos, embedded media, and downloadable files.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use AURELO to:
- publish unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or abusive content;
- infringe copyright, trade marks, privacy rights, or publicity rights;
- upload malware, tracking code, or harmful files;
- attempt to access another account or interfere with the platform;
- send spam, scrape the service, or overload our systems;
- misrepresent an artist, brand, agency, event, or affiliation.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and Stripe
Paid AURELO plans are subscription products unless clearly stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period shown at checkout. Stripe acts as our payment processor and handles payment card details and payment processing. We do not store full card numbers on AURELO servers.
You authorise AURELO and Stripe to charge the payment method linked to your subscription for recurring fees, taxes where applicable, and any agreed plan changes. If payment fails, access to paid features may be delayed, limited, suspended, or cancelled.
7. Early access and launch pricing
Early access registrations help us understand demand and invite users into the platform in stages. Registering for early access does not guarantee immediate access, a fixed launch date, or availability of every feature shown in previews.
Where we offer a launch, early access, or lock-in price, that offer applies only to the plan, eligibility conditions, and billing rules shown at the time of registration or checkout. If a subscription is cancelled, expires, is unpaid, or is changed to another plan, the same price may not be available again.
8. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription through the account billing area when self-service billing is available, or by contacting us if your account is managed manually. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless we confirm otherwise.
Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we have made a billing error, or where we choose to offer a goodwill refund. Cancelling a subscription does not remove your responsibility for unpaid charges already incurred.
9. Third-party services and embeds
AURELO may link to or embed third-party services such as music players, video platforms, analytics providers, domain providers, email tools, and Stripe. Those services are controlled by their own providers and may have separate terms, privacy policies, cookies, and data practices.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep AURELO reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, updates, outages, third-party failures, or misuse may affect availability.
11. Liability
AURELO is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform develops or legal, billing, or operational requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of AURELO after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
