This policy explains what personal data AURELO collects, how we use it, and the choices available to artists, teams, agencies, and visitors.

This Privacy Policy applies to AURELO, including myaurelo websites, early access registration, accounts, subscriptions, artist pages, press kits, campaign pages, and related support or admin tools. It explains how we collect and use personal data when you use the service or visit pages hosted through AURELO.

2. Information we collect

We may collect and process the following types of information:

  • account details, such as name, email address, password, role, and login activity;
  • early access and enquiry details, such as artist name, website links, interests, and messages;
  • artist and page content, such as biographies, contact details, links, images, videos, files, and public profile information;
  • billing details, subscription status, plan information, invoices, and payment events processed through Stripe;
  • technical data, such as IP address, device type, browser, approximate location, referral source, and page usage events;
  • support messages, admin notes, and communications with us.

3. How we use information

We use personal data to:

  • provide, secure, maintain, and improve AURELO;
  • create accounts, process early access requests, and manage subscriptions;
  • publish artist websites, press kits, campaign pages, and media chosen by users;
  • process payments, invoices, cancellations, and billing status through Stripe;
  • send service updates, support replies, security notices, and account messages;
  • understand usage, improve product decisions, and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Legal bases

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legal bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. For example, we process account and subscription data to provide the service, use essential cookies to operate the site, and may use consent for optional analytics or marketing where required.

5. Stripe and payment data

Stripe is our payment processor. When you subscribe or pay for AURELO, Stripe processes payment method details, transaction data, authentication checks, invoices, and related billing information. AURELO receives limited billing information from Stripe, such as customer identifiers, subscription status, invoice status, and payment event updates. We do not store full card numbers on AURELO servers.

6. Sharing information

We share personal data only where needed to provide, secure, bill, support, or improve the service. This may include hosting providers, email providers, analytics providers where enabled, payment processors such as Stripe, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required.

Public artist pages, press kits, campaign pages, uploaded media, contact details, and links may be visible to visitors if you publish them. You are responsible for choosing what to make public.

7. Third-party embeds and links

AURELO pages may include embedded players, video platforms, social links, ticket links, mailing list tools, and other third-party services. Those providers may collect data directly when visitors interact with them. Their own privacy policies and cookie notices apply.

8. Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide AURELO, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and manage billing or tax records. Published content remains available while the relevant page or account is active, unless removed by the user or by us under these policies.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some requests may be limited by legal, billing, fraud prevention, or security obligations.

AURELO is intended for artists, teams, agencies, and professional users. It is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to AURELO without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review it.
